Refunds & Exchange
- Once placed, your order, goes through a 5 Point Quality Check.
- After the 5 Point Quality Check, your order is hand packed with love and utmost care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Hence, we do not allow any returns.
- Exchange is available in case of the wrong colour or the wrong size delivered. In such an event, you need to contact us at +91-9599179824. Alternately, you can also write to us at dudewhereismyorder@shlokascollective.com.
- No exchanges will be made against products that have been altered or custom made.
- Exchange can be done within 7 days of delivery. Tags must be intact and products must be unused.
- Please note that cost of shipping for the exchange will have to be borne by you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.
- We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for your orders which may normally take up to 7 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.
