Shipping & Delivery

• We, at Shlokas Collective, are committed to delivering your order in good quality, reusable packaging.
• We try to dispatch your order within 36-48hrs of order confirmation.
• We try to ensure that your order reaches you within the shortest span of time; and to do so, we have partnered with reported logistics partners. Please be advised that delivery time is dependent on the location.
• Details of the approximate date of delivery will be provided to you via SMS & Email upon order confirmation.
• All orders above Rs 5000 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
• We also ship internationally. The Shipping Charges, Custom Charges and handling rates vary based of the shipping destination. Kindly contact us at dudewhereismyorder@shlokascollective.com for details on International Shipping.

Shipping Charges

At Shlokas Collective, we charge a nominal shipping fee at actuals, upon order confirmation. The delivery cost enables us to give you the benefit of product pricing, without any hidden shipping cost.

We do not own any transport service. We work with partners to ensure hassle-free deliveries. Shipping Fee is dependent on the location and the logistics partner. Shlokas Collective does not make any profit from this additional externalised delivery. 

Order Delivery Timelines

• At the time of order confirmation, you will be provided with an approximate date of delivery.
• Once we have successfully handed over your order to the delivery partner, you will receive a unique tacking number via SMS & Email. Please use this number to track the status of your order.
• We endeavour to deliver your order in a timely manner; however, certain unprecedented events may cause delays such as Unsuitable Weather Conditions, Natural Disasters, Political disruptions, Govt. directed lockdowns, Strikes and other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such delays, we will proactively intimate you via the contact information provided.
• Further, we, at Shlokas Collective, are under no obligation to compensate for claims or agony faced due to such circumstances. • In case of ‘No Show’ by the delivery partner, wherein, the order has been marked ‘Delivered’, please notify us immediately at +91- 9599179824. After 24hrs, we, at Shlokas Collective, will be in no way responsible for any claims. Please note we are available Mon-Sat from 9:30am to 7pm (except on Public holidays)

Damaged Package
